Your privacy is important to us. In this policy we try to clearly state in plain language how we collect information and how we use it. We will continue to update our policy with changes from time-to-time as technology changes continuously.

Opting Out is Always Easy
You own your information about yourself and your activities. If at any time you wish to remove your online information you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to have your information deleted. We will always honor that request. Please note that if you return to our site we won’t know you and your information will be collected again.
We also put an unsubscribe option at the bottom of every marketing email we send. Click on that link and you will be immediately and automatically unsubscribed from all future marketing emails to that email address.
We Will Never Sell Your Information
We collect and process information on servers located in the United States. We use reasonable security measures to protect information we may have collected about you and your interactions with us. We do not, give, sell or lease information we have collected.
How We Collect and Use Your Information
We collect information in a variety of ways, some of it anonymously. To do so we use marketing automation tools and online analytics tools like Google Analytics. We also acquire names and information from list sources.
More detail on how we collect information in each interaction you may have with us:
We track your activity on our website. This includes such information as which web pages you visit and how long you are on each page, your inferred country, your IP address or server name, your browser type, and the device you’re using. We anonymously aggregate this data to determine which content has the most value to visitors, to make changes to layout (for device types), and to respond to country-specific regulations (such as Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation). We can do this anonymously, if we do not have you cookied, or as a known visitor. We also, if you are known, sometimes use this information to better understand what interests you and deliver you a more personalized response or experience.
Because maintaining trust with you is important to us, we honor privacy requests, including Do Not Track settings that you may have set on your browser. Therefore, only if you have not set your browser to Do Not Track do we track your activity on our site anonymously. If you are a known visitor to us, via cookies, we track your activity and assign it against your name, but again only if you do not have Do Not Track set on your browser. Note: you can also delete cookies or block cookies over and above your Do Not Track settings.
If you complete a form on our website, either to request further information or download information, we collect the information you submit. We use this information to contact you, to either respond to your request for information, schedule a demo, or have sales respond to you with further information. We also can use this information to send you marketing information on an ongoing basis. At any time you can unsubscribe to our marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is at the bottom of every marketing email we send.
If we send you an email, we track whether you open that email or click on that email. We aggregate this information anonymously to understand and track the value of our content. At any time you can unsubscribe to marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every marketing email. This will immediately unsubscribe you from receiving marketing emails from airSpring at that email address.
On occasion we may send something to you via snail mail. If you do not wish to receive anything from us, simply write “Return to Sender” and “Remove from List” on the item and we’ll immediately remove you from our mailing lists. Optionally you can simply email email@example.com and ask to be removed from all marketing communications.
On occasion we purchase lists or leads from third-party sources. When we do so, we ask the vendors to confirm that the third party legally acquired the information and that we have the right to obtain it from them and use it.
Non-airSpring Links on Our Site
To allow you to interact with other websites on which you may have accounts or join communities on such sites, we may provide links or embed third-party applications that allow you to login, post content, share content, or join communities from our websites. We may also provide you with general links to non-airSpring websites.
Your use of these links and applications is subject to the third parties’ privacy policies, and you should become familiar with the third party sites’ privacy policies before using the links or applications. airSpring is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites.
